Returns Policy

All of our kits are carefully hand packed to maintain accuracy and to ensure that all products are in excellent condition. If your kit happens to arrive with items missing or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a replacement to you. We do require that the damaged kit be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s kit is no longer available we will credit your account for the following month’s kit.


Art from the Heart reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods ordered does not meet Art from the Heart standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.


Only goods that have been unused, unopened and not damaged may be returned to the provider within 14 days. We do not refund items when a client has had a change of mind, or products have been opened and tampered with and are not in a resalable condition.


You are welcome to return goods when the incorrect item has been delivered and in this instance the customer will receive a full refund including shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Online account, credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 of days of being approved.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your online account for a credit. Then check your credit card account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items that may qualify for a refund will be passed in the form of an online account credit and posted to your online account


Exchanges (if applicable)
